Steak sandwich absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! The only downside was the bread was slightly soggy.

Delicious takeout food for people who don't care about gaining a few pounds for a day or forever. Except my seasoned fries tasted dry and stale but I heated them up when I got home. They are just ok. The bacon ketchup was the highlight. The triple threat pork sandwich is SO good! One of the best things I've ate honestly. It's like something man VS food would approve of. The carnitas tacos are tender and just delicious and fulfilling. I like the hot sauces that came with it. The pork belly appetizer is on a whole different level. If you don't mind the thick layers of fatty jello, you would love this. It was delicious but I can't handle it lol

Finally came around to trying this place! I ordered 2 carnitas tacos and seasoned fries w/ bacon ketchup. But sadly, my tacos were missing something. I needed sour cream, melted cheese, something! They don't serve sour cream!!!

This place has a cute venue and surprisingly vast seating it back, but their food tasted just alright, and was definitely overpriced.. I had their banh mi and something else I can't remember at the moment, but neither impressed my friend and I... The perks were the cute venue and the beer shop across the street :p

Whoa whoa whoa!!! This food is "stop the press good! " I get take out because you can call ahead and skip the line. The triple threat is absolutely mouth watering. So much meat and so damn tasty. I usually eat half and save the rest for later. The fries are good and the bacon flavored ketchup is unique. The bacon chocolate truffles is like an explosion of goodness in your mouth... ( way better than that.. Dirty mind) I see amazing reviews for this shack all the time and it def lives up to them.

Can't go wrong with this place. Their carnitas are on point!! The torta is really good! It doesn't look like much from the outside, just some dinky stand but once you go into their back seating area it is very impressive. Great ambience and good for groups.

The name says it all! Carnitas carnitas carnitas!!!! Doesn't matter if you order them in tacos or in a breakfast hash bowl, they are sooooo freakin delicious! The tacos were filled with meat. I had to scoop out half of the meat in order to finish one, but only found myself picking on the remaining carnitas afterwards until I truly felt like what I ate. It was pretty pathetic on my part. The carnitas hash was on the special menu and it was the best bowl of concoction I've ever tasted in my life. Perfectly seasoned carnitas with potatoes and fried egg sound so simple but OMFG it rocked my world! Especially with that special pesto sauce! The pork belly app tasted just amazing as everybody described. I can't speak to the line since we only waited less than 10 mins on a Sunday afternoon post 2pm. I don't waste my 100th review on just any place. You better get on the line now! Preferably behind me...

Parking can be difficult. Food was amazing. The it looks shady from the front, but the dining area is in the back. Very romantic and contemporary setting. Definitely our cup of tea.

This place did not disappoint! I was recommended by my friends to come check this place out while I was travelling in San Diego. I got the pork belly, and carnitas tacos. Both were delicious and I would definitely come again. The sauce that comes with the pork belly is just perfectly sweetened.

This place might have been too hyped up and I expected way too much...:/ Went here on a Saturday night and it might look like a small togo shop on the side of the street but there's actually a full area to sit in the back! Just park on the streets and walk over to the shop. The cashier recommended to us the pork belly app which was around $8. I was expecting a huge portion but when it came out, the poor belly was around the size of my palms and it was not good at all. Very salty and too much fat barely any meat. I was extremely disappointed but maybe this was just not my type of food...On top of that the toilet was completely FLOODED which was really gross. Will hopefully come back here again to try other items on the menu.

The first couple of times I came here, I was in love. The pork belly app was amaze-balls. But, since then I've kept ordering the pork belly app... sometimes it seems overcooked and/or over seasoned. So, I'm a little on the fence on what I think of this place. I want to give this place another try, but I haven't had any cravings for this place since my last few experiences. The atmosphere is great in the back patio. I say give it a try but don't be super surprised if it's not 100% to your liking.
